3/4 of a Pound of bulk Italian Sausage
1 Medium Onion
1 Bunch of Escarole
2 Cups of Cooked White Beans
A pinch of Dry Oregano
A few Red Pepper Flakes
4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Parmesan Cheese
How To Make White Beans Recipe With Escarole And Sausage
Peel and chop the onion on a cutting board.
Separate the escarole into leaves, wash the leaves and chop the leaves on a cutting board.
