One Iceberg Lettuce Head
Half Of A Small Red Onion
10 Campari Tomatoes
1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
0.5 Pounds of Blue Cheese, divided
Two Handfuls of Dill
Wash the iceberg lettuce. Discard a few outer leaves. Cut the lettuce into halves and cut our the core. Cut each half into halves again. Now you have four iceberg lettuce quarters.
Remove the dill leaves from the stems, and discard the stems. Wash and chop the dill. Peel, wash and chop the red onion.
Wash the tomatoes and cut each tomato into quarters.
Make Wedge Salad Dressing. In a small bowl combine sour cream, 0.3 pounds of Blue Cheese, and one handful of dill. Mix the dressing together.
Arrange a quaster of the iceberg lettuce on each plate, arrange tomatoes and onions around the lettuce. Dress the salad with the Wedge Salad Dressing. Top with the remaining blue cheese and dill, and serve.
