So I started making my own salad dressings, and haven’t looked back. Making salad dressings is simple and rewarding at the same time. Simple because many salad dressings don’t require too many ingredients. A simple salad dressing is just a four ingredients – olive oil, vinegar, salt and freshly ground black pepper. And another delicious and simple salad dressing is the Green Goddess Dressing. Some of the Green Goddess Dressing Recipes that I have seen use mayonnaise. I substituted 0% Plain Greek Yogurt for mayo, and the dressing was delicious.

Wash the tomatoes, cut tomatoes into round pieces with a kitchen knife on a cutting board.
Peal, wash and thinly slice onions.
Wash the dry mesclun greens / lettuce. Wash and chop dill.
To serve the salad, arrange meslcun greens on each plate. Arrange tomatoes on top of mesclun greens. Add some onions to each plate. Dress the salads with Green Goddess Dressing, sprinkle with dill and serve.
