- 2 tbsp Canola Oil
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Half and Half or cream
- 1/2 cup Water or chicken stock
- ⅛ tsp All Spice ground
- ¼ tsp Salt use Kosher salt
- ⅛ tsp Ground Black Pepper
