If you are looking for healthy salad recipes, then you should add the strawberry spinach salad to your list! Strawberry spinach salad is great and healthy. It is made with raw spinach and raw strawberries. There is another ingredient that is good for you in the salad, almonds. You bring out a lot of almond flavor when you toast it, so toasted almonds add another layer of flavor to the salad.
One thing that I don’t like that people do when trying to make healthy salads is to drown them in fatty dressings. I have seen this happen so many times. People want to create healthy salads, so they put together a salad with tasty and healthy ingredients, such as spinach, lettuce, chicken breast, avocados, tomatoes, etc. And then they add a lot of fatty dressing to the salad 🙁
Not so in this strawberry spinach salad! Here I am adding a healthy dressing to the healthy salad – just salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar make this a light and tasty salad, perfect for the summer!
This strawberry spinach salad is very easy to make. It has just a few ingredients – strawberries, spinach and almonds. And then dressing is very simple – just vinegar and olive oil.
