1 Medium Cauliflower Head
1/4 Teaspoon of ground coriander
1/4 Teaspoon of ground cumin
Salt
A pinch of turmeric
1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Remove the stem and leaves from the cauliflower. Wash the cauliflower.
Using the cutting board and a kitchen knife, cut the cauliflower into small florets.
To a mixing bowl add the cauliflower, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt and oil. Mix, so that the cauliflower is coated in oil and spices.
Add the cauliflower to the roasting pan, and roast for 15 minutes.
