You know how sometimes you open a book, and the first page tells you what happens at the very end of the story, and then the rest of the book shows you how the story unfolded? Or sometimes you turn on a TV show, and the first few minutes show you what happened at the end, and then the rest of the show is about how the story unfolded?
I am not sure how I feel about this practice in storytelling. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. But in this blog post I am going to do the same thing, and first show you the end result:

This is a risotto cake, made from Beet Risotto. So, how do you make this risotto cake? First, you make beet risotto, a delicious, great looking risotto. Then, if you have some risotto left, you can make risotto cakes, and they are very simple to make.
In addition to leftover beet risotto, all you need to make risotto cakes are eggs and flour. Just add an egg or two to the beet risotto, mix, then make risotto cakes and coat them in flour. Then, pan fry until the risotto cakes are done. That’s it!
You can serve the risotto cake with grilled chicken and a simple salad, such as Caprese Salad Recipe, Spinach Salad Recipe With Peaches and Red Onions or Arugula Salad With Tomatoes And Red Onions.
