The great thing about this spread, is that while it has all the delicious ingredients – dill, parsley, scallions, red wine vinegar, olive oil – it can also be paired well with lots of toppings. 3-4 Scallions
A handful of Dill
A handful of Parsley

1.2 Tablespoons of Red Wine Vinegar
4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

Clean and wash scallions and mince them on a cutting board. Wash dill and parsley and chop them.
Combine ricotta, scallions, dill, parsley. Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, paprika and season with salt and black pepper. Use a hand blender to blend the spread together.
