I love radishes – they are crunchy and slightly spicy and are a great addition to a salad or sandwich.

A bunch of radishes
1 Tablespoon of dill
3 scallions
Half a bunch of green leaf lettuce
2 tablespoons of sour cream
Salt
Pepper
How To Make Spring Radish Salad
Cut the radishes into thin slices.
Chop the scallions, dill and lettuce on a cutting board.
In a salad bowl combine radishes, dill, scallions and lettuce. Add salt and pepper, and mix. Add sour cream, mix and serve the radish salad.
