How To Add More Flavor to the One Pot Dish
If you think that traditional cassaroles are too plain, and don’t have enough flavor, I found a great solution for your!
This Keto Turkey Cassarole is extremely flavorful due to two things. First, we use this Homemade Taco Seasoning, that is made with paprika, chili powder, ground cumin, mexican oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper to season everything. Don’t have the taco seasoning? Use Rotisserie Chicken Rub or Pork Carnitas Seasoning instead.
In addition to that, we also use grated Mexican Cheese mix to add even more flavor. Depending on which Mexican cheese mix you buy, it may contain Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Asadero, Queso Quesadilla or other cheeses. These are delicious cheeses, that add tons of flavor to the dish. If you can’t find this cheese mix, mix together grated Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
