– Instapot Cheesecake Pan, you need a pan with a removable bottom in order to make this Insta pot cheese cake. This Cheesecake Pan is very easy to use, and it is very simple to take the cheesecake out of it. This cake pan fits perfectly into a 6 qt or 8 qt Instant Pot. – Parchment Paper, use a circle of parchment paper on the bottom of the cheesecake pan so that the cake does not stick to the pan.
– Instant Pot Inner Pot, because you are going to cook the cranberries in the Insta pot, and then immediately cook the cheesecake, I find that it is beneficial to take the Instant Pot Inner Pot out with the cranberries, pop another Instant Pot Inner Pot in and use it for cheesecake. If you don’t have the second inner pot, you can just take out the cranberries, wash the pot, dry the pot and use it for cheesecake. However, it is much easier if you have two inner pots.

Do You Need Two Instant Pot Inner Pots to Make Cranberry Christmas Cheesecake?
Instant Pot Inner Pot is not a requirement to make this mouthwatering homemade cheesecake. But it does make it easier to make the cheesecake.
Once you make cranberry topping for your cheesecake, you will need to remove the Instant Pot Inner Pot with cranberries and let it cool, while you put another Instant Pot Inner Pot into the Instant Pot to make the cheesecake.
However, even if you only have one Instant Pot Inner Pot, you can still make your easy Cranberry cheesecake. All you will need to do is put the cranberry topping into a different container and then wash and dry the Instant Pot Inner Pot and you will be ready to make the delicious cranberry dessert.

How To Make Cheesecake
Here is how to make easy Christmas Cranberry Cheesecake. Scroll down to the recipe card for the exact timing and measurements.
Make cranberry topping for IP cheesecake Combine cinnamon, cranberries and water in the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker. Cook them in Instant Pot until the topping is done. While the cheesecake topping cooks, make homemade cheesecake batter.
Prepare your Cheesecake pan. Cut a circle out of parchment paper, making sure that it is the same size as the bottom of your cheesecake cake pan. Generously butter the pan. Put the parchment paper circle on the bottom, and then butter it as well.
Make cranberry cream cheese cake crust To a food processor, add graham crackers, melted butter and cinnamon and process to make cheesecake crust. Put the crust in the cranberry Christmas cheesecake pan, and press it down with a spoon. Make sure to create an even layer of crust. Put the pan in the refrigerator, while you make cheesecake batter.
Prepare the cheesecake batter Wipe your food processor to remove the crust crumbles. Make cheesecake using the cheesecake ingredients. Pour the cheesecake batter on top of the crust.
Once cranberry topping for cheesecake is cooked, take the Instant Pot Inner Pot with the topping out, and let it cool. Put a clean inner pot in to cook the delicious cranberry cheesecake.
