I have made corn beef for many years, and I usually make it on the stove top. This time I wanted to try making using the Instant Pot. I loved making this delicious corned beef in the Instant Pot!

How Long To Cook Corned Beef For?
Are you wondering how long to cook pressure cooker corned beef for? Since corn beef brisket is still a tough cut of meat to make, it takes some time to cook. On the stove top it would take 4 hours or more to boil. If you use the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker it takes less time, and we still recommend about 95 minutes of pressure cooking for a delicious, tender corned beef brisket.
How To Cook Corned Beef in Instant Pot
Here is how to cook corn beef Instant Pot. Put the corned beef brisket into the Instant Pot, and cover with enough water to completely cover the meat. Set the manual setting to 95 minutes cooking time. Use natural release, and let the pressure release naturally and for the valve to drop. Remove the brisket very carefully from the Instant Pot, and let it rest for 15 minutes or so.
Then, cut the corn beef brisket against the grain. This is very important, since if you cut it with the grain, your corned beef will be tough. Your Instant Pot Corned Beef is ready to be served!

- 2-3 lbs Corned Beef Brisket
- 2-4 cups Water
Instructions
- Add the corned beef brisket to the Instant Pot.Add enough water to the Instant Pot to cover the corned beef brisket. Place the lid on the Instant Pot, use the manual setting, and cook for 95 minutes.
- Use Natural Release, and wait for the valve to drop. Carefully open the lid and carefully remove the corn beef brisket and place it on the cutting board. Let the corned beef brisket rest on the cutting board for 10-15 minutes. Slice the corned beef against the grain and serve with Colcannon Potatoes and Garlic and Broccoli Rabe.

Where are the spices?
How long to cook the vegetables? They each take less time and should be doable in the pot while beef rests, or cooked separately.
