How To Make Asian Pork Spare Ribs In Instant Pot
It is so simple to make this delicious pork dish!
First make sure to remove the membrane from your rack of ribs. Next, season the ribs with salt. You don’t really need other seasonings, as the Chinese BBQ Sauce will take care of making the pork extra flavorful.
Next, cook the ribs in the Instant Pot. See the recipe card for the exact timing and other instructions.
Once they are done, cool them on a cutting board. Then, cut them into single ribs, apply Chinese BBQ Sauce to both sides of each spare rib, and broil them. The result will be the most delicious, fall off the bone ribs you have ever had!!
Tips For Making Instapot Pork Ribs
– This recipe is for making one rack of spare ribs. If you want to make two racks at once, you will need to cook the ribs for same amount of time in the Instant Pot. However, make sure to make double the amount of the delicious Chinese BBQ Sauce you make to spread on the ribs.
The sauce is what makes the ribs. When you spread the sauce on the ribs, and broil them, the ribs become deliciously caramelized. And, they smell amazing. Don’t skip the broiling step, it will make the ribs extra delicious!

Instant Pot . Place the ribs on acutting board to cool. - Once the ribs are cool, cut the rack of ribs into single ribs. Use a basting brush to spread
Chinese BBQ Sauce all over the ribs.Preheat the broiler. Cover your broiler pan with foil. Arrange the ribs on the broiler pan.Broil the ribs on one side for 3-5 minutes, until they are caramelized.
