  • 2.5 lb Lamb ground
  • 1 Onion yellow
  • tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • tsp Cumin ground
  • tsp Coriander ground

  • Pre-heat the oven to 375F.
    Peel and wash the onion. Grate the onion.
    In a mixing bowl combine lamb, grated onion, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, pepper. Mix well, make sure that all the ingredients are incorporated well together.
  • Grease the cookie sheets with the olive oil.
    Make kabobs out of the lamb mixture. Arrange the kebabs on the greased cookie sheets.
  • Bake the lamb kebabs for 25-35 minutes, depending on the size of your kebabs and on your oven. Check the temperature of the kebabs with the meat thermometer, it should be 165F.
