A few handfuls of Dry Cranberries

1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
How To Make Greens With Goat Cheese, Cranberries and Pecans
Wash the mesclun greens and dry them well.
Toast the pecans. Coll the pecans and chop them into smaller pieces.
Crumble goat cheese.
