I have posted about my delicious and easy to make Greek Salad Recipe in the past, and it is a pretty fabulous recipe. It is delicious, and I love it every time I make.
And recently I made a slightly different Greek Salad Recipe to go with the Greek Grilled Chicken and Greek Spinach Rice. This was so delicious and easy to make as well, so wanted to share it on the blog.
This easy to make, traditional Greek Salad Recipe has a ton of delicious, colorful ingredients. You will be amazed how many vegetables you can add to this salad, how everyone will be delighted to eat their vegetables in this Greek Salad. This Greek Salad is tasty, and it is good for you with all these delicious veggies and olive oil! This is simply the best Greek Salad Recipe!
To make this salad, you will need an assortment of different, colorful tomatoes. For this Greek Salad, I used red grape tomatoes, yellow grape tomatoes, and small kumato tomatoes. If you don’t have different tomatoes on hand, use one type of tomatoes. Red grape tomatoes, yellow grape tomatoes or kumato tomatoes will all be delicious in this Best Greek Salad Recipe on their own.
Other ingredients you will also need for this Greek Salad Recipe are cucumbers, red onions, radishes, olives, parsley and dill. I love radishes in this salad, they add a tiny bit of spiciness, and a lot of crunch to this Greek Salad. Here is the Best Greek Salad Recipe! This low carb, keto Greek Salad is so delicious, you will never need to spend money at a restaurant when you want to eat a delicious Greek Salad!
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 3 minutes
Red, Yellow, Kumato Grape Tomatoes: 8 oz
Red Onion: 1/4 of a Medium Onion
Cucumbers: 3 Small
Radishes: 4-5
Olives: Handful
Parsley: Handful
Dill: Handful
Feta Cheese: 4 oz
Greek Salad Dressing: One portion
How To Make Greek Salad
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, dill and parsley. If olives have pits in the, take the pits out and chop the olives. Cut feta cheese into small pieces.
In a salad bowl combine all the ingredients. Add Greek Salad Dressing and gently mix.
Serve with Greek Grilled Chicken and Greek Spinach Rice.
