This meatball recipe is my Greek twist on meatballs. Meatball recipes are very versatile. You can make different types of meatballs when you switch the meat that you use and the spices that you use. Here are a few different meatball recipes: Swedish Meatball Recipe and Simple Meatball Recipe – Italian Meatballs.
The Greek meatballs are also simple to make. For this simple meatball recipe I use two types of meat – lamb and chicken breast. Lamb is fattier than chicken breast, and together they produce really great meatballs.
But lamb and chicken are not enough to make really flavorful meatballs. You will also want to add onions, parsley, Greek oregano, ground coriander, salt and pepper. Together, all these ingredients produce really flavorful meatballs.
Once the meatballs are ready, serve them with meatball sauce and feta cheese.
