1/2 Of A Small White Onion
A Bunch of Mesclun Greens
3-4 oz of Goat Cheese
1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
How To Make Goat Cheese and Marinated Onions Salad
Peel and wash the onions. Wash and dry mesclun greens.
Slice the onion on a cutting board as thin as possible. Add onion and balsamic vinegar to the salad bowl and mix. Let the onion marinate for 10-15 minutes. Doing this will give onion a very delicious flavor.
