Funfetti Cake Box Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 tbsp Funfetti
- ¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chips optional
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Canola Oil
Instructions
- Combine Yellow cake mix, eggs and Canola Oil and mix. Add chocolate chips, if using, and half of the Funfetti Sprinkles.
- The dough will be sticky. To make it a bit less sticky, put in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
- Heat up the oven to 350F. Line up cookie sheets with Parchment paper.Make 12 cookie balls out of the dough, roll them in sprinkles and put them apart on the cookie sheets.Bake for 12-15 minutes, the cookies will be showing some cracks, but the will still be soft. Cool them for 20-25 minutes and serve with Porterhouse Steak, Cauliflower Fritters, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Strawberry Blueberry Infused Water.
