Caramelized Onions – here is a recipe for making Caramelized Onions
8 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
4 oz of goat cheese
1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary
Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
How To Make Caramelized Onions and Goat Cheese Frittata:
In a mixing bowl beat the eggs and milk together. Chop rosemary on a cutting board. Crumble goat cheese.
Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
Once you make caramelized onions, add rosemary to onions and cook for another minute. Salt and pepper and mix.
Pour the eggs over the onions and rosemary. Sprinkle goat cheese on top.
Cook the eggs on medium for 5 minutes, until the eggs start to set.
Place the frittata in the oven, and bake until the eggs are dry on top and completely cooked, about 15-20 minutes.
