Made with Instant Pot Chickpeas, you can make this hummus completely from scratch, starting with dry garbanzo beans. You can also use canned chickpeas, just rinse them before adding them to the other ingredients.You can even use bottled lemon juice instead of fresh, if you don’t have that. Same with garlic, use bottled garlic if you don’t have any on hand, and skip parsley if you don’t have it. That way you can make hummus with the ingredients that you already have in your pantry.
