How To Make Easy Cajun Shrimp Sheet Pan Dinner
Ingredients
- 2 Bell Peppers of different colors
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 lb Shrimp
- Best Cajun Seasoning Mix divided
- 6 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Wash the colorful bell peppers. Cut all the bell peppers into halves, and remove the top. Then, remove the seeds and membranes from each half. Cut each pepper half into strips lengthwise.Peel and wash the red onion. Cut the onion into halves lengthwise, and then cut each half across into semi circles.
- Add chopped peppers and onions to the sheet pan. Add half of the Best Cajun Seasoning Mix and three tablespoons of olive oil to the vegetables and toss everything together. Arrange the peppers and onions on a sheet pan in one layer.Preheat the oven to 400F. Put the sheet pan with peppers and onions in the oven and roast the vegetables for 18-20 minutes.
- Dry the shrimp with paper towels. Add shrimp, three tablespoons of olive oil and remaining Best Cajun Seasoning Mix to a mixing bowl. Mix shrimp, spices and oil.Take out the sheet pan with peppers and onions from the oven. Turn peppers and onions. Arrange shrimp around the vegetables and return the sheet pan to the oven. Cook for 7-8 minutes, until the shrimp is cooked.
- Serve with Instant Pot Spaghetti Squash and Low Carb Cucumber Tomato Salad.
