Once the chocolate cake is baked, take it out of the oven and cool it completely.
2. Make Chocolate Balls. Once the cake is completely cool, crumble it with your hands into a large mixing bowl. Make sure that the crumbles are not too big. Once you add all the crumbles into the mixing bowl, also add some Chocolate Frosting and mix well. If the chocolate cake and frosting mixture is not wet enough for you to roll into balls, add two more tablespoons of Chocolate Frosting and mix the ingredients again.
3. Decorate Christmas Cake Pops. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll the chocolate cake and frosting mix into round truffles and line up the truffles on parchment paper.
If you only want to cover cake pops in Christmas Sprinkles, then roll them in sprinkles before lining them up on Parchment Paper. Once you fill up the baking sheet with chocolate cake truffles, put the cookie sheet in the fridge to cool the truffles.
