Making chocolate covered strawberries has never been easier! These strawberries take just minutes to make. First, wash and completely dry the strawberries. Make sure they are completely dry. Don’t cut off the green tops.
Next, melt chocolate with some butter, make sure not to overdo it.

Pro Tips for Making This Delicious Dessert
– Which chocolate to use for chocolate covered strawberries? We tested a few different ones, and the easiest one to use are dark chocolate chips. They melt easily and evenly, thus creating nice and very smooth melted chocolate for dipping the strawberries.
– How to decorate chocolate covered strawberries? There are so many ways to do it! Use sprinkles, melted white chocolate, or just eat them as they are. There are so many possibilities.
– Dry the strawberries thoroughly after you wash them. It is best to set them on paper towels, and let them air dry for 30 minutes to an hour, and make sure that they are completely dry before you dip them into chocolate.
– Do not overmelt your chocolate. If you overmelt it, it will lose its luster, and will be too thick for dipping strawberries. In the recipe below I share a very simple way of melting chocolate, and you don’t even need a double boiler!
