Ingredients for Healthy Mediterranean Chickpea Salad

1/2 of a Small Onion
Mesclun Greens
Cooked chick peas, about half a cup
2 Tablespoons Of Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon of Red Wine Vinegar
Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper

How To Make Chick Pea Salad

Peel and wash the onion.

Chop the onion using a cutting board.

Wash and dry mesclun greens.

Make dressing by mixing together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper.

In a Salad Bowl combine chick peas, mesclun greens, onions and dressing and toss together.
