1/4 of a small Red Onion
1/4 Pound of Fresh Mozzarella
A few basil leaves
1 Teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

Wash cherry tomatoes and cut into halves.
Wash and chop the red onion.
