Cauliflower Rice Thanksgiving Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
- 0.5 lb Cauliflower Rice
- ⅛ lb No Sugar Dried Cranberries
- ⅛ lb Pecans
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- ⅛ tsp Garlic Powder
- ⅛ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Chop pecans into smaller pieces on a
cutting board . Peel, wash andchop onion . - Add cauliflower rice, cranberries, Kosher salt and garlic powder and saute the cauliflower rice with onions and cranberries for 6-7 more minutes, until the cauliflower rice is cooked. If the stuffing is a bit too dry, add a few tablespoons of water or vegetable stock. I prefer the stuffing on the dry side, so I don't add any. Add toasted pecans, and this delicious vegan Thanksgiving stuffing is ready to serve.Serve with
