This Cauliflower Fritters are delicious and so easy to make! You need just four ingredients to make these healthy, Keto and low carb cauliflower fritters.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Cauliflower Rice
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 oz Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 4 tbsp Canola Oil
  • 1 tbsp Dill optional

Instructions

  • Add eggs and cheese to cauliflower rice, and mix well.
  • Heat up oil in the saute pan. Once the oil is hot, spoon the cauliflower batter into the skillet. You will need about a tablespoon of batter for each cauliflower fritter. Let them cook for a few minutes on one side, then flip them, and cook for a few minutes on the other side.
    Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  • Wash and chop dill, and sprinkle it on top of the cauliflower fritters.

    I didn’t have cauliflower rice, so I chopped the cauliflower I had into small pieces. These fritters came out delicious!
