- 1 pound Cauliflower Rice
- 4 Eggs
- 2 oz Cheddar Cheese grated
- 4 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 tbsp Dill optional

- Heat up oil in the saute pan. Once the oil is hot, spoon the cauliflower batter into the skillet. You will need about a tablespoon of batter for each cauliflower fritter. Let them cook for a few minutes on one side, then flip them, and cook for a few minutes on the other side. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
- Wash and chop dill, and sprinkle it on top of the cauliflower fritters.
