Looking to make a delicious and healthy appetizer? Bruschetta is one of my favorite summer appetizers – the combination of tomatoes, garlic and herbs just says summer to me.
What is Bruschetta? Usually, it is toasted Italian or French bread, with some mix of vegetables or a mix of vegetables and cheese on top. Here is another delicious bruschetta recipe, Bruschetta Recipe With Tomatoes, Feta, Onions, Parsley And Dill.
Many recipes for bruschetta that I have seen only use garlic to rub the toasted bread. I like a stronger garlic flavor in a bruschetta, so I add chopped garlic to the tomatoes mix. If you prefer less of a garlic bite, just lightly rub your toasted bread with a garlic clove instead of adding it to the tomatoes.
To make bruschetta, just put the bread on a plate and spoon the vegetable mix on top.
