This Easy Ground Beef Stroganoff, while it is very tasty and it is very easy to make, is not very authentic. Usually, when I try to make a more authentic Beef Stroganoff Recipe, I use pieces of beef. But in this recipe, I am using ground beef instead. Also, I am using a green pepper in this recipe, and I am also adding lots of paprika, which is not something I would do when trying to make a more authentic Beef Stroganoff Recipe.
I think I have been thinking about chicken paprikash recipe, that I usually make with ground chicken, and this Beef Stroganoff Recipe has elements of both Beef Stroganoff and Chicken Paprikash. This Beef Stroganoff has a lot of flavor, and it is really great, so if you are looking for something to make with ground beef, this is definitely something to try.
Sometimes when you use pieces of beef to make Ground Beef Stroganoff Recipe, and you are using a tough cut of beef, it will take a while to make Beef Stroganoff, because you need to cook it until the beef becomes soft. With ground beef it doesn’t take that long at all to make Beef Stroganoff.
Another great thing about this Easy Ground Beef Stroganoff is that I am adding a lot of vegetables to it, which are onions, green peppers and mushrooms. So you don’t need a lot of meat to make this recipe. If you are looking to make something that has meat, but also has a lot of vegetables, this is a great recipe to try.
