Another Take On Watermelon Feta Salad

I posted about Watermelon Feta Salad some time ago, and here is another version of this salad. Here I am using more ingredients, but the result is still the same, the feta and watermelon are the stars of the show.

The salad is juicy, salty, sweet and just plain delicious. The combination of watermelon and feta is great, and the other ingredients add even more layers of flavor.

It is very simple to make Watermelon Feta Salad. To make it, combine watermelon pieces, feta, mesclun greens, and onions in a salad bowl and dress with olive oil and vinegar.

This is a great salad to serve for dinner with a main dish and side dish, or to serve for brunch with Savory French Toast or Corned Beef Hash and eggs.

Ingredients For Watermelon Feta Salad

Seedless Watermelon
Mesclun Greens
1/3 Pound Of Feta
1/2 of a Small Onion

1/2 Tablespoon of Raspberry Vinegar
Olive Oil
Freshly Ground Black Pepper

How To Make Watermelon Feta Salad

Cut feta into small pieces on a cutting board.

Cut watermelon into cubes on a cutting board.

Thinly slice the onions on a cutting board.

Combine onion, watermelon, feta and mesclun greens in a salad bowl. Add olive oil, raspberry vinegar and pepper and mix.
