You don’t need too much kitchen equipment to make this delicious pumpkin spice bread! Here are a few things that you will need:
– Loaf Pan, you can’t make bread without a bread loaf pan.
– Mixing Bowl, for mixing all the ingredients together.

To make this recipe as easy as possible, we are using One Can of Canned Pumpkin in it. I love being able to use up the whole can of pumpkin in the recipe, so I created this recipe, so that you don’t have any leftover pumpkin.
But what if you have some fresh pumpkin on hand? That’s great too, just use the same amount of fresh pumpkin instead of canned pumpkin to make this simple pumpkin bread recipe!
How to Make Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin bread is extra simple to make, just follow these directions in the recipe card on the bottom of the page:
Butter the Pumpkin Bread Loaf Pan. Melt the butter. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix.
Put the pumpkin bread in the Pumpkin Bread Loaf Pan and bake.

– For bread with raisins, replace chocolate chips with raisins

This dessert is best served warm, but it’s pretty good out of the fridge as well.

Easy Pumpkin Bread Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 can Canned Pumpkin
- 4½ tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1½ cup White Flour
- 1 Egg
- ½ tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ½ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- ⅛ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Melt 4 tbsp of butter in the microwave. Use the remaining ½ tbsp of butter to butter the
loaf pan .Add thecanned pumpkin into the mixing bowl. Add melted butter, sugar, flour, salt, egg,pumpkin spice , baking soda and mix. Add chocolate chips and mix again. - Preheat the oven to 350F. Put the pumpkin bread batter into the loaf pan.
- Put the pumpkin bread in the oven and bake for 45-55 minutes, until the tooth pick comes out clean. Cool for 25 minutes, and serve with Instant Pot Peach Iced Tea.
