Once the bacon is ready, remove it to the plate, and add the Brussels sprouts to the pan. Cook the Brussels sprouts for a few minutes on each side, and then roast them until they are done. Then, sprinkle the bacon on top of the Brussels sprouts and serve.
Here is a very simple side dish that looks very vibrant. There are just a few ingredients in this dish – carrots, olive oil, coriander, scallions and salt and black pepper.
To make this dish, combine peel and chopped carrots with olive oil, ground coriander, salt and black pepper. Roast the carrots and then sprinkle with chopped scallions when serving.
