Ingredients
- 4 Turnips
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- ⅛ tsp Coriander ground
- ⅛ tsp Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Wash turnips and use a
vegetable peeler to peel them.Cut the turnips into bite sized pieces. - In a
mixing bowl combine turnips, olive oil, salt and coriander. Mix everything together, and ensure that oil coats the turnips. Pour the turnips on abaking sheet . - Preheat the oven to 400F. Put the baking sheet with the turnips into the oven, and roast for 12 minutes. Turn them, and roast for about 10 more minutes, or until they are done. If using, sprinkle with a few pomegranate seeds for a bit of color.Serve with
