2 Pounds of Beef
3 Tablespoons of Canola Oil
1 Large Onion
2 Medium Eggplants
1 Pound of White Button Mushrooms
Parsley
Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Cut the beef into bite sized pieces.
Wash, peel and chop the onions on a cutting board.
Wash and chop the eggplants on a cutting board. Wash, dry and slice the mushrooms.
