- Wash and chop the dill.Wash the shishito peppers. Use a fork to make a few holes in each pepper.
- Heat up the oil in the
saute pan . Add the shishito peppers. Saute for a few minutes on one side. Turn and continue cooking until the peppers are all blistered, about 10 minutes.Sprinkle with a bit of salt and dill, and serve on a plate with Rotisserie Chicken and Cauliflower Fritters.
