– Use the blender to blend eggs, ricotta and cheddar cheese. In our testing, we tried mixing the egg mixture by hand and blending it. Instapot Egg Bites came out much smoother and tastier, when we used the blender.
– You can add different ingredients to the Instant Pot Egg Bites! You can skip the ham, and use spinach and broccoli and make them vegetarian. You can add other cheeses, like mozzarella or Swiss, or a cheese mix. Or, you can make add cooked sausage or cooked bacon for even more meat!
For a vegetarian egg bites, broccoli with Swiss cheese or spinach with Cheddar cheese are really delicious!
– If you don’t have ricotta cheese, you can use cottage cheese instead.
– You can make different egg bites in the same batch, by varying the ingredients in each cup. For example, make half with ham and spinach, and the other half with broccoli and cheese.
