Ingredients For Green Fig Salad With Feta
1/2 Pint of Green Figs
1/4 of a small Red Onion
0.2 pounds of Feta Cheese
Basil
1 Tablespoon of Fig Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
How To Make Green Fig Salad With Feta
Wash the figs and cut them in halves. Arrange the figs on top of a plate.
Thinly slice the red onion, arrange it on top of the figs.
Crumble feta, arrange it on top of the onions and fits. Arrange pieces of basil leaves on top of feta.
Dress very lightly with fig vinegar and olive oil.
